DELIVERY INFORMATION
Cyprus Orders: The first option is to pick up your goods from our stores, free of charge. Second Option is to pay for delivery to your place. Usually, you will receive your goods to 2-5 days.
Worldwide Orders: We use Standard Postal Shipping 12-20 days
For worldwide orders, all the products are shipped unfilled.
Our company cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by force majeure or any other incidents that cannot be controlled or predicted. For instance, our company is not responsible for any delays that occur in customs or any intermediate load-unload checkpoints, due to strikes by transportation-mean personnel or any other strikes that may affect the prompt supply of our warehouses, etc.
In the case of a potential delay, our company will immediately make an effort to contact you using the personal data you have previously registered, in order to notify you accordingly and agree with you upon a new delivery date or the delivery of a different product.
Filling Procedure
PoolPillows are delivered UNFILLED.
With the PoolPillow/BeanBag/BeanBed an inner is included where you fill it and then you place it inside the product.
The inner must be filled with polystyrene beads where you can find it in any D.I.Y Store.
Every customer can adjust the filling of the PoolPyillow to its own preferences.
We suggest filling the 2/3 of the inner’s capacity.
Return Policy

We hope you will be satisfied with every purchase you make from our store, but if for any reason that is not the case, you can cancel your order before the product is dispatched from our store, by sending us an e-mail at poolpillowcy@cytanet.com.cy or calling +357 996504001. You will get a full refund, but you are obligated to pay the bank fees that come with the transaction. In case the cancelation takes place after your order is dispatched you will be asked to pay the total transport costs
If in any case the product that you paid and received, is faulty or we delivered it to you in error, you must contact us immediately via e-mail. We will make sure that the right product arrives to you and we will take full responsibility for the transportation costs.
The faulty/wrong product must be returned to us in its package that it was first delivered to you.
